Community Supported Agriculture

Since 1994, we have delivered quality organic produce to our customers' neighborhoods through our Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program. Members of our program purchase a share from the farm. In return, each week from June through October, you will receive a box full of fresh, beautiful produce including a selection from our herb garden, a bouquet of cut flowers, and recipes and serving suggestions.

"Who could resist the variety you offer, the beauty of the produce, not to mention how healthy we feel preparing and consuming it. And what a treat to have fresh flowers every week!"

The CSA connects us directly with our customers, allowing us an ongoing dialogue about produce and letting us try new things. We keep members informed with weekly notes: what's happening in the fields and what crops are forthcoming. We host an annual open house so you can visit the farm, meet your farmers, even get your hands dirty if you like. We are farming for you, and are available throughout the season to answer questions and offer suggestions.

Because our love of growing is second only to our love of eating, all of our varieties are chosen primarily for taste. Our produce is grown in season and arrives fresh, maximizing flavor and nutritional quality. We offer an outstanding selection of the more common vegetables as well as an assortment of unique specialty crops. In 1999, we began including organic fruit such as cherries, peaches, nectarines, and apricots from eastern Washington.

By participating in our CSA program, you are furthering a tradition of family farmers who respect the land and work to improve it. We are proud of what we do. Please join us for a season of fresh organic vegetables.

We have established drop sites from Seattle to Chehalis:

Seattle area drop sites include: Ballard, Capitol Hill (two locations) Edmonds, Fremont, Kirkland, Mercer Island (two locations), Olympic Sculpture Park in Belltown, Queen Anne (Eat Local: eatlocalonline.com), Shoreline, Tukwila, Wedgwood, and West Seattle (click for more details).

Points south include: Tacoma, Olympia (two locations), Tumwater, Centralia, Chehalis, and at the farm (click for more details).

Currently we are working toward a drop site in Burien. If you are interested in hosting a new drop site, please contact us!

Our shares are designed to provide ample organic produce for a small family. Our season is based on twenty deliveries, and begins in June. Exact dates are dictated by seasonal conditions.

Our CSA Shares are: Family Share and Small Share (Summer/Fall), Holiday Share (November/December), and Winter/Spring Share (January through May).
